Four ways to print
The right method for your design.
We pick the method by your design, the number of colors, the quantity and the fabric, and we tell you why.
Your design is burned into a fine mesh screen, ink is pushed through onto the fabric, then cured in a dryer. The go-to for large graphics.
Water-based ink printed straight onto the garment, like a large inkjet printer. Great for photographic and fine detail.
CAD-cut vinyl and color vinyl, heat pressed onto the garment. Clean lettering and numbers.
Ink turned to vapor and set into polyester. Colorful, durable, and you can’t feel the ink.

What to send
- Send the largest, clearest version of your logo you have.
- Simpler is better: the number of colors adds to the complexity.
- For printing, send art at 300 dpi or above.

Do I see it before you make it?
Yes. We digitize or set up your design and send it to you to approve before anything is made.
What file should I send?
The largest, clearest version of your logo. No clean file? Send what you have and we’ll clean it up.
Which printing method is right?
It depends on your design, number of colors, quantity and fabric. Tell us what you’re making and we’ll recommend one.
How many, and how fast?
It depends on the job: tell us your quantity and the date you need it in your request, or call, and we confirm a ready date with your quote. How ordering works →
How do I get my order?
Pick it up at our Glassell Park shop. When a job takes longer, we sometimes bring it to you in person as a courtesy. Ask us.
