Four steps
How an order works.
- 01Send your logoSend your design. We clean it up and work out how it will look best on your garment.
- 02Approve the designWe digitize it and send you a simulation to approve before anything is made.
- 03We make it in-houseStitched or printed on our own machines, then trimmed, finished and checked.
- 04Pick it upPick up your order at our Glassell Park shop.

Before you start
What to send.
- Send the largest, clearest version of your logo you have.
- Simpler is better: the number of colors adds to the complexity.
- Fine lines, tiny details and gradients can lose clarity in thread.
- For embroidery, keep text above ¼ inch tall.
- For printing, send art at 300 dpi or above.
As you send it
Stitched
Do I see my design before you make it?
Yes. We digitize your logo and send you a simulation to approve before anything is stitched or printed.
What file should I send?
The largest, clearest version of your logo you have. For printing, 300 dpi or above. No clean file? Send what you have and we’ll clean it up.
Embroidery or printing?
It depends on your design, number of colors, quantity and fabric. Tell us what you’re making and we’ll recommend one. Compare methods →
How many, and how fast?
It depends on the job: tell us your quantity and the date you need it in your request, or call, and we confirm a ready date with your quote. How ordering works →
Do you ship?
Orders are picked up at our shop on Fletcher Drive. When a job takes longer, we sometimes bring it to you in person as a courtesy. Ask us.
How do I pay?
We accept credit cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
Can I order my child’s school uniforms?
